How do I join VoltDrive Rewards?
Create or activate an eligible VoltDrive customer account and complete the rewards enrollment process. After successful enrollment, 250 welcome points will be added according to the current program rules.
Which purchases earn loyalty points?
Eligible products may include head units, stereos, amplifiers, speakers, subwoofers, vehicle video equipment, navigation systems, dash cameras, backup cameras, parking sensors, tire pressure monitors, blind spot monitors, alarms, chargers, power equipment, diagnostic scanners, adapters, hotspots, cables, and connectors.
When will points appear in my account?
Purchase points are generally added after an eligible order has been processed and confirmed. Bonus activities may require verification before the related points appear.
Can rewards be combined with promotional discounts?
Reward and promotion combinations may depend on the specific offer. Email subscribers receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount, while selected promotional products may receive an automatic 20% discount. Checkout will display the offers that can be applied together.
What happens to points when an order is returned?
Points earned from returned, refunded, canceled, or otherwise ineligible purchases may be removed from the member balance. If a redeemed reward was used, the final adjustment will follow the applicable order and program conditions.
How is my membership tier calculated?
Tier status is based on eligible qualifying points earned during the current qualification period. Points earned from some promotional activities may not count toward tier progression.
Do loyalty points expire?
Points may expire after twelve months without eligible account activity. A qualifying purchase, approved reward activity, or other eligible program action may extend active account status.
Can loyalty points be transferred?
Points are connected to the enrolled member account and cannot normally be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with another account.
