These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and VoltDrive. They apply whenever you visit, browse, purchase from, or otherwise use the VoltDrive website and related customer services.

Products intended for vehicle installation should only be purchased, installed, configured, or used by individuals who can do so lawfully and safely.

You may be asked to provide contact, billing, shipping, vehicle, payment, or order information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information.

• You are responsible for protecting account credentials.
• You are responsible for activity completed through your account.
• You must report suspected unauthorized use promptly.
• VoltDrive may restrict access when fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.

VoltDrive offers automotive electronics and accessories including head units, stereos, amplifiers, speakers, subwoofers, video systems, navigation devices, dash cameras, parking systems, vehicle security products, chargers, power accessories, diagnostic tools, and connectivity devices.

Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, colors, packaging, and features may vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturing revisions, or product updates.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee final acceptance, availability, or shipment.

VoltDrive may review, limit, decline, or cancel an order before shipment because of product availability, payment authorization, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, duplicate orders, or promotional misuse.

• Order quantities may be limited.
• Availability may change after checkout.
• Incorrect information may delay or cancel an order.
• Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.

Prices, availability, specifications, promotions, and product selections may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price used for the order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

If a material pricing or listing error is identified after an order is submitted, VoltDrive may request confirmation, offer an alternative, or cancel the affected order and issue any applicable refund.

You authorize VoltDrive and its payment service providers to charge the payment method submitted at checkout for the order total and any disclosed applicable charges.

• You must use a valid and authorized payment method.
• Payment authorization may occur before shipment.
• Additional verification may be requested.
• Orders may be delayed or canceled if authorization fails.

VoltDrive offers free standard shipping on products purchased through the website. The typical delivery window is approximately 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Timing may be affected by verification, availability, carrier operations, destination, weather, holidays, address issues, and events outside reasonable control.

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, subject to the applicable conditions and instructions displayed on the website.

You must request guidance before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.

• Items should include required components and packaging.
• Installed, altered, damaged, incomplete, or misused items may not qualify.
• Cut wiring, adhesive use, removed films, or installation marks may affect eligibility.
• Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

Customers who successfully subscribe to VoltDrive email communications may receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount. The discount is not limited to a first order unless a specific offer states otherwise.

Selected promotional products may receive an automatic 20% discount while the applicable offer is active. No code is required when the promotion is correctly applied.

• Promotions may be modified or ended without notice.
• Discounts may not apply to every product or order.
• Multiple discounts may not be combined unless permitted.
• Promotional abuse may result in cancellation.

You may not use the website, products, or services to:

• Violate laws, regulations, vehicle codes, or third-party rights.
• Submit false, deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Interfere with website security, availability, software, or networks.
• Introduce malicious code, unauthorized bots, or disruptive technology.
• Abuse promotions, payments, returns, support, or account access.
• Use products for unlawful surveillance or unsafe driving.

The VoltDrive name, visual identity, website layout, written content, graphics, icons, illustrations, design elements, and original materials are owned by or licensed to VoltDrive and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website content may be used for personal shopping and informational purposes only. No ownership rights are transferred, and content may not be reproduced, modified, sold, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization.

The website may rely on or reference payment processors, shipping carriers, service providers, manufacturers, installers, software, maps, applications, platforms, or external websites.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. VoltDrive does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, content, conduct, or performance of independent third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, content, products, information, and services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis except where a specific written warranty or mandatory legal protection applies.

VoltDrive does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, universal vehicle compatibility, uninterrupted third-party services, or a particular result from product installation or use.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VoltDrive and its service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from unlawful website use, violation of these terms, product misuse, infringement of third-party rights, or failure to follow safety requirements.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws require a different result.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
